Intercity. The Railway Board will soon announce the train's starting date, timings, and fares. Agra holds significant importance in the Indian railway network as many trains pass through Agra Cantt or Agra Fort. Recognizing this, the Railway Board has already provided Agra with five Vande Bharat trains. Now, they are preparing to operate the second Vande Metro train between Agra and Lucknow. An Agra Rail Division official confirmed that the Railway Board has instructed them to prepare for the operation of the second Vande Metro train. This Metro Vande Bharat train, also known as Namo Bharat Rapid Rail, is likely to replace the Agra Fort-Lucknow Intercity. By the end of the year, Agra will become the first city in India to operate five Vande Bharat and one Vande Metro train. Currently, the Agra Cantt-Banaras Vande Bharat, Agra Cantt-Udaipur Vande Bharat (three days a week), Hazrat Nizamuddin-Rani Kamlapati Vande Bharat, and Hazrat Nizamuddin-Khajuraho Vande Bharat operate from or pass through Agra Cantt. The Railway Board plans to introduce a fifth Vande Bharat train between Agra Cantt and Jodhpur. This train will operate on three days of the week, running between Jodhpur and Sabarmati, and will connect to Agra via Jaipur. This train will operate on the days when the Agra Cantt-Udaipur Vande Bharat is not operational. The operation, timings, and fares for the Agra Cantt-Jodhpur Vande Bharat will be announced soon. The Vande Metro train will run six days a week. The train's maintenance location, whether in Agra or Lucknow, is yet to be decided. The train is expected to start operating around Diwali. The Railway Board may soon officially announce the operation of the Vande Metro train between Agra and Lucknow, along with its starting date, timings, and fares. Agra Rail Division PRO, Prashasti Srivastava, said that they have not received an official letter regarding the operation of the Agra Cantt-Lucknow Vande Metro train. Preparations will begin once the letter is received.

Agra Cantt-Jodhpur Vande Bharat ke parichalan, samay-sarini v kiraye ki ghoshna bhi jaldi hogi. Metro Vande Bharat train ka parichalan saptah mein chhe din hoga. Abhi yah tay nahin hua hai ki train ka rakhrakhav Agra mein hoga athava Lucknow mein. Ummeed hai ki Diwali ke aas-paas train ka parichalan shuru ho sakta hai. Jaldi hi Railway Agra se Lucknow ke beech metro Vande Bharat train ke parichalan ki aadhkaarit ghoshna kar sakta hai. Alag-alag incidents mein, ek aadmi Tonk ke Chakal river mein phas gaya aur Pratapgarh district ke Malvada village mein bike se ja rahe couple pani mein bah gaye, dono ko baad mein bacha liya gaya.
