not yet possible as the Katra-Sangaldan section is still under construction. Once this section is completed, Kashmir will be connected to the rest of India by rail, allowing passengers to travel from Kanyakumari to Kashmir by train. The USBRL project is a challenging undertaking, spanning 272 km and involving 38 tunnels and 927 bridges, including the iconic Chenab Bridge, which is considered the world's highest railway arch bridge.
