Majestic se Yelahanka tak ke section ke design aur construction ke liye tenders jaari kiye hain, ismein 7 stations aur ek railway overbridge bhi banaye jaayenge. Project ka cost Rs 1,422.6 crore hai aur iske liye European Investment Bank se €300-million ka loan liya gaya hai. Yelahanka se Devanahalli tak ke section ke tenders aage aane wale ek mahine mein jaari kiye jaayenge. Sampige Line mein 17 stations honge, yeh city ke important areas ko connect karenge. Another time buying tactics by railways. If local train link is established, then Ola Uber and BMTC Vayu Vajra AC buses will be in trouble. These agencies will ensure that railway line is always in progress without completion.
If Doddajala station is to be developed, why it was not done during doubling and electrification of Devanahalli line? Why sudden Gyan?
What is preventing BMTC and railways to join hands in running dedicated 3 or 4 coach trains between city (SBC/ BNC/ KJM/ WFD/ HSRA) and YNK or Doddajala stations?...

Kanaka line by end 2026 is an ambitious project. Hope something good will happen.
The line to be extended on both sides-- Rajanukunte to Doddaballapura and Heelalige to Chandapura.
