Other key projects include a new line between Bhabua and Dildarnagar, costing 800 crore rupees, and the doubling of the line between Bakhtiyarpur and Tilaiya, costing 2400 crore rupees. This doubling project aims to create an 'energy corridor'. Bihar has already achieved 100% electrification of its railway network, and the government has allocated funds for the redevelopment of 92 Amrit Bharat railway stations in the state. Additional funding has also been announced for railway projects in North Bihar, but details are yet to be released.

बिहार के इतिहास में सबसे बड़ी रेलवे परियोजना है। इसका अंतिम स्थान सर्वेक्षण पूरा हो चुका है और जल्द ही निर्माण शुरू होगा। अन्य महत्वपूर्ण परियोजनाओं में भभुआ से दिलदारनगर तक 800 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से एक नई लाइन बनाई जा रही है, और बख्तियारपुर से तिलैया तक 2400 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से लाइन को दोगुना किया जा रहा है। यह दोहरीकरण परियोजना 'ऊर्जा गलियारा' बनाने का लक्ष्य रखती है। बिहार में पहले ही रेलवे नेटवर्क 100% विद्युतीकृत हो चुका है, और राज्य में 92 अमृत भारत रेलवे स्टेशनों को पुनर्विकास करने के लिए भी धन आवंटित किया गया है। उत्तर बिहार में रेलवे परियोजनाओं के लिए भी धन की घोषणा की गई है, लेकिन विवरण अभी तक जारी नहीं हुए हैं।
