A 28-year-old man, Sunil Kumar Chauhan, from Patti Kala in Ahraura Nagar Palika area, died on Wednesday morning after being hit by a train at the Jeonathpur railway station. Chauhan was returning from Rajasthan, where he worked in a factory, when the incident occurred.

Deendayal Upadhyay Junction MEMU, Subedarganj-Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay MEMU and the Singrauli-Varanasi Intercity Express. These trains will now halt at Jivnathpur station until August 31st. Passengers who wish to get off at Narayanpur Bazar station can alight at Jivnathpur and proceed to Narayanpur Bazar from there.

Due to ongoing construction of a third line on the Narayanpur Bazar-Jeonathpur section, the railway administration has cancelled the stop of the Up-Down Subedarganj-Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction DMU at Narayanpur Bazar station until August 31st. Passengers can travel to Narayanpur Bazar from Jeonathpur station.

Police ko uske pass koi bhi pehchan wala kagajat nahin mila. Jamalpur police station ke head, Ramnarayan Ram ne bataya ki agar aurat ki pehchan teen din mein nahin hoti hai, toh uska postmortem karaya jaayega.
