12-13 minutes. A railway doctor was called, and Poonam was taken to a hospital by his relatives. Santosh Ram, traveling from Gwalior to Samastipur, had difficulty breathing. He was helped by Shailendra Kumar Mishra who provided oxygen from a cylinder and called a railway doctor. Santosh was referred to SKMCH after initial treatment. He reportedly had a mild heart attack. Due to the festive season and increased passenger volume, RPF Inspector Manish Kumar has formed a team to patrol platforms and assist passengers.
