Due to flooding on the bridge between SultanGanj and Ratanpur stations on the Jamalpur-Bhagalpur rail section, the route of the Godda-Tata Express (train number 18186) departing Godda on September 24th has been changed. It will now run via Dumka-Jasidih. The Tata-bound train that departed on Sunday also followed the Jasidih-Dumka route.

was blocked for track repair work from Sunday morning. The bogie derailed while the goods train was being moved back and forth for unloading. The incident caused a brief panic but there were no casualties or damage to property. Railway officials investigated the incident and found that the coupling had broken while the train was being moved, causing the bogie to derail. After the incident, the derailed bogie was lifted back onto the track with the help of a relief train from Madhupur. Despite the incident, train operations continued normally on both the up and down lines as the incident occurred on the non-passenger track. The extent of the damage is still being investigated.

Is incident se thodi afratafari machi, lekin koi jaan-maal ka nuksan nahi hua. Railway officials ne investigation ki, aur pata chala ki train ko aage-peeche karne ke waqt, coupling tut gaya, jisse bogie derailed ho gaya. Incident ke baad, Madhupur se aaye relief train ki madad se, utre hue bogie ko patri par chadhaya gaya. Is incident ke bawajood, non-passenger track par hone ki wajah se, up aur down dono tracks par train ka chalna normal raha. Nuksan ki jaanch jari hai.
