Iske liye Badampahar, Jurulia, Nayagarh, Banspani, aur dusre branch lines pe goods train ki speed badhai ja rahi hai. Iske alawa, Bṛjrājpura aur Gamharia mein yards ko expand karke freight capacity badhai ja rahi hai, aur Chaibasa ke paas Pandrasali mein ek new godown banne se Haldipokhur yard ka bojh kam hoga. Kandra mein bhi ek goods shed banne ki plan hai, aur Tatanagar mein yard expansion ke liye survey chal rahe hain. Tatanagar, Adityapur, aur Salgajhudi ke beech third line se goods train operation ko aur better banaane mein madad milegi.

Railway Division headquarters reached the spot and started work to put the train back on track. The derailed train was an N Box NT DPS goods train, which was being moved from line number 13 of the yard to the mainline for loading. The derailment occurred in the middle of the train, and while it happened in the Rajkharsawan yard, it had no impact on train operations on the Howrah-Mumbai main line.
