train was traveling from Pune to Howrah. The stolen mobile phone was recovered from the accused, who have previous theft cases filed against them at the Rourkela Plant Site Police Station. The incident was reported to the GRP on June 6th. The accused were apprehended after their CDR and call data records were analyzed, leading to the tracking of the stolen phone. During interrogation, the accused admitted to spending half of the stolen 50,000 rupees each. They were charged under Section 379 of the IPC and remanded to judicial custody after being denied bail.

Azad Hind Express mein chori ki yeh ghatna 6 June ko GRP station mein report hui thi. CDR aur call data records ki jaanch karne ke baad chori ka mobile trace karne par dono accused ko pakda gaya. Puchhtaach mein dono ne bataaya ki 50,000 rupees mein se har ek ne aadha aadha kharch kar liya hai. Unke against IPC ke Section 379 ke tahat case darj karke court mein pesh kiya gaya. Bail nahi milne par unhe jail jaana pada.
