The committee will assess all aspects of the hospitals and submit an application to the National Medical Council (NMC) for converting them into medical colleges. The Gorakhpur railway hospital, established in 1930, spans 3.5 acres and boasts 366 beds, ICUs, emergency services, dialysis facilities, and an OPD, radiology, physiotherapy, and orthopedic departments. hai, aur railway ka dawa hai ki yeh next 24-36 hours mein thik ho jayega. E-office ke band hone se NER ke teeno mandalon mein 5,000 se zyada files dump padhi hai. Officers aur staff is problem se hairan hai. Unka kahna hai ki e-office shuru hone ke baad pehli bar aisi dikkat samne ayi hai. Important files ko manually dekh rahe hai. Har office ki files e-office pe put-up ho chuki hai, ab e-office band hai to na hi koi order pass ho raha hai aur na hi aage badh pa rahi hai. Important files ko dealers manual taiyar karke aage badha rahe hai. E-office ek workflow-based system hai jismein physical files ki koi jarurat nahin hoti. File banane se lekar jaari karne tak sab online hota hai. Is system mein sabhi charan shamil hai, jaise letters ko electronically diary karna, files banana, letters aur files ki aavajahi, digital signatures using digital signature certificate, e-sign aur records ka abhilekh rakhna.
