National Federation of Indian Railwaymen ke Shashi Mishra ke anusaar, 45 saal se Mens Union ka control Urban Bank pe tha aur in saalon mein director board ne manmani aur bhrashtachar kiya hai. Change Panel chahta hai ki bank mein last 1-2 saal ke saare orders ki jaanch ki jaaye, taaki railway workers aur unke dependants ko bank ki suvidhaon ka laabh mil sake. Ye jaanch Hindustan Daily mein 2 October ko chhapne wali khabar ke baad start hui hai jismein 57 logon ki farzi appointment ki aashanka jahir ki gayi thi.

The train also provides an option for those travelling to Kashmir and Himachal during Navratri for Vaishno Devi pilgrimage and sightseeing. The train utilizes Garībrath coaches, making it more affordable compared to standard third-class economy and AC coaches. Some residents are questioning the use of the Garībrath coaches for this route, suggesting it could instead be used for the Dhanbad-Bhubaneswar route, leading to lower fares and possible extension to Puri. The Dhanbad-Bhubaneswar route currently uses traditional ICF coaches. The Dhanbad-Jammu Tawi special train is using the old Garībrath coaches, previously assigned to the Ranchi-New Delhi Garībrath, after the latter received new three-economy class coaches.

Train mein Garibrath coaches hain, toh yeh normal third-class economy aur AC coaches se sasta hai. Kuchh log yeh puchh rahe hain ki kyun Dhanbad-Bhubaneswar route ke liye Garibrath coaches use nahi kiye ja rahe hain. Agar yeh coaches use kiye jaayen toh Bhubaneswar ka ticket kam hoga, aur train Puri tak ja sakti hai. Dhanbad-Bhubaneswar route mein abhi traditional ICF coaches use hote hain. Dhanbad-Jammu Tawi special train mein, purani Garibrath coaches use kiye ja rahe hain, jo pehle Ranchi-New Delhi Garibrath mein thi, jabki Ranchi Garibrath ko new three-economy class coaches mil gaye hain.

Logon ka maanana hai ki bank mein bahut saare ghalat kaam ho rahe the aur 'Parivartan Panel' ki jeet se bank mein safai aayegi. Bahut saare log yeh bhi chahte hain ki South Eastern Railway Zone ko Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, aur Bilaspur ki committee se alag kar diya jaaye, aur Mens Union isme roka ban gaya tha.
