Jabalpur station was dispatched to fix the issue. Repair work began at 6:30 PM and continued until late at night. The disruption impacted numerous passenger trains, with some trains delayed and others rerouted. While the OHE was being repaired, several trains including the Bhopal Intercity, Janata Express, and Shridham were affected. The OHE wire was repaired and train services were restored after six hours.

ek team repair kaam karne ke liye gai. Shaam 6:30 baje se repair kaam shuru hua aur raat bhar chala. Isse kai passenger trains affected hui, kuch trains late hui aur kuch ka route badla gaya. Garmi aur pani ki kami ki wajah se passengers bahut pareshan hue. OHE line, jo 25,000 KV electricity supply karta hai, wire tootne se spark hua. Khushi ki baat hai ki is incident me koi injured nahi hua. Repair kaam khatam hone ke baad train operations normal ho gaye.
