Singh Nagar Mohali station instead of Chandigarh. The Chandigarh-Dibrugarh Express will depart from platform 6 instead of platform 4 on Wednesdays and Sundays from October 19th to 27th. Additionally, redevelopment work at Jalandhar Cantt station will affect train operations from October 17th to 23rd. This includes short terminations for trains like the Saharsa-Amritsar Express and the Darbhanga-Jalandhar City Express. The Katihar-Amritsar Express will have its route changed and several trains will have rescheduled timings, including the Purnia Court-Amritsar Express, the Jaynagar-Amritsar Express, the Jaynagar-Amritsar Special, and the Lal Kuan-Amritsar Express. Finally, due to yard remodeling and electronic interlocking work at Prayagraj Junction on North Central Railway, the Singrauli-Tanakpur Express scheduled to depart from Singrauli on October 22nd will instead depart from Prayagraj on October 23rd. It will be canceled between Singrauli and Prayagraj.

Chandigarh Express will be delayed by 40 minutes. Train number 15531 Saharsa Amritsar Express on October 20th and 15532 Amritsar Saharsa Express on October 21st will have a temporary halt at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar Mohali station. Train numbers 12231, 14217, and 15011 will have temporary stops at Ghagghar station from October 19th to 23rd, while 12232, 14218, and 15012 will have temporary stops from October 19th to 24th. Bittu Rai, coordinator of the Morcha, stated that their fight was also aimed at combating unemployment. The Indian Railways has announced the schedule for 38 special trains for the upcoming festive season, starting next month. These trains include routes like Varanasi-Chandigarh, Anand Vihar-Ayodhya, and Firozpur-Patna. 14 additional special train schedules were released on Wednesday.

Agle mah shuru ho rahe tyohar season ke liye, Indian Railways ne ab tak 38 tyohar special trains ki time table jaari kar diya hai. Isme Varanasi-Chandigarh, Anand Vihar-Ayodhya, aur Firozpur-Patna jaise raaste par chalne wali 14 special trains ki time table budhvaar ko jaari ki gayi.
