but the train was delayed. Ranjit purchased a ticket and went to the end of platform number 2, where he was hit by a goods train passing through the main line. His mother and aunt, unaware of the incident, left for Gomiya on the passenger train. RPF ASI Pradeep Kumar Minj said the PWI staff working on the railway track informed them about the incident. Ranjit's ticket was found in his pocket, and an announcement was made at Barakarana station, after which his family was informed. His family said that Ranjit was intelligent, had appeared for the BPSC exam, and the results were pending. The RPF sent Ranjit's body to Ramgarh Sadar from Barakarana for post-mortem. In another incident, a young woman was injured after falling from a train at Khalari railway station. She was taken to Dakra Central Hospital and then to RIMS for further treatment. The woman, a resident of Khalari Bazaar, was reportedly going to the Jatra Mela.

Uski maa aur bua, is incident se bekhabar, passenger train se Gomiya chale gaye. RPF ASI Pradeep Kumar Minj ne bataya ki railway track pe kaam karne wala PWI staff ne is incident ki jankari di. Ranjit ke pocket se ticket mila, aur Barakarana station pe announcement kiya gaya, jiske baad uske family ko bataya gaya. Uske family ne bataya ki Ranjit padhai mein hoshiyar tha, BPSC exam diya tha, aur results aane wala tha. RPF ne Ranjit ke body ko Barakarana se Ramgarh Sadar post-mortem ke liye bhej diya. Ek dusre incident mein, Khalari railway station pe ek ladki train se girne se zakhmi ho gayi. Usko Dakra Central Hospital le jaaya gaya aur fir aage ke treatment ke liye RIMS bhej diya gaya.
