This has led to the cancellation of the train every week, despite good cargo loading from Surat to Gorakhpur. The train was intended to improve the parcel system by delivering goods to homes and businesses through a partnership between the railway and postal department, but the service is not proving popular with businesses. This is despite the fact that the cost of the parcel service is 20% less than road transport.

Yeh train railway aur post department ke saath milkar parcel system ko strong banane ke liye start ki gayi thi, lekin yeh service business walon ko pasand nahi aa rahi hai.
