MP News: ललितपुर-सिंगरौली रेलवे लाइन पर भी मुआवजे की इंडस्ट्री, 10 गांव में बन गए 2 हजार से ज्यादा 'नकली मकान'

In Singrauli district, a widespread scam involving compensation for land acquisition is rampant. People are constructing houses on land earmarked for highway and railway projects to receive higher compensation. This includes instances where outsiders, often in collusion with local politicians, officials, and land mafia, have built structures on tribal land to...

exploit the compensation scheme. The Lalitpur-Singrauli rail line project, approved in 2016 with a budget of 6672 crore rupees, remains stalled. Despite this, the area is rife with fake houses built to claim compensation. The scam involves agreements with landowners promising them a percentage of the compensation in exchange for allowing construction on their land. Agents are actively involved in facilitating this process, charging a fee to arrange for the construction of these fake structures. These activities are not limited to Singrauli and involve individuals from various states like Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Haryana. The construction of these fake houses continues despite the absence of genuine intentions to occupy them, highlighting the extent of the scam and its impact on genuine landowners.

Singrauli mein, highway aur railway project ke liye jaane wali zameen ka muavza leke ek bada game chal raha hai. Log zyada muavza lene ke liye ghar banwa rahe hain. Bahar ke log, local politicians, officials, aur land mafia ke sath milkar, tribal land par ghar banwa rahe hain aur muavza...

Agents, in fake structures ko banwane ke liye fee charge karke, isme involved hain. Yeh activity Sirf Singrauli tak simit nahi hai, balki Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Punjab, aur Haryana jaise kai states ke log isme involve hain. Yeh fake ghar isliye banaye ja rahe hain ki genuine owners ko muavza se vahanchit kiya ja sake, aur yeh scam kitna bada hai, iska isse pata chal raha hai.
