The meeting also discussed the ongoing quarter survey in Jamshedpur and other stations like Adityapur, Rourkela, Bondamunda, and Jharsuguda. It was stated that dilapidated quarters would either be allocated or repaired after the survey. The delegation also welcomed the newly appointed Senior DEE, OP. The meeting also discussed the upcoming elections for the Railway Urban Bank, with 81 delegates to be elected from the Chakradharpur Railway Division. The elections will be held on July 24th and 25th, with over 15,000 voters participating. The nomination process began on July 4th and will continue until July 10th.

Meeting mein Jamshedpur aur Adityapur, Rourkela, Bondamunda, aur Jharsuguda jaise aur stations par chal rahe quarter survey par bhi baat ki gayi. Ye kaha gaya ki survey ke baad, kharab quarters ya toh allocate kar diye jayenge ya fir repair karke rahene layak banaye jayenge. Delegation ne newly appointed Senior DEE, OP ka swagat bhi kiya. Meeting mein Railway Urban Bank ke aane wale elections par bhi baat ki gayi, jismein Chakradharpur Railway Division se 81 delegates chunaye jayenge. Elections 24th aur 25th July ko honge, jismein 15,000 se zyada voters vote denge. Nomination process 4th July ko shuru ho gaya hai, aur 10th July tak chalega.

This new line will enhance mineral transportation capacity and revenue for the Chakradharpur division, while also expected to normalize passenger train operations on the Howrah-Mumbai route. Currently, most trains on the Durg-Mumbai route are delayed by 3 to 7 hours, with passengers citing freight trains as the reason for delays and disruptions in the Chakradharpur division. The South Eastern Railway Zone has also surveyed a fourth line from Adityapur to Rajkharsawa station. Additionally, work on a fourth line towards Jharsuguda station in the Chakradharpur division is underway. RVNL is currently laying a third line from Salgajhuri to Tatanagar to Adityapur station, which is expected to be completed in August. Subsequently, the fourth line work between Tatanagar and Rourkela, covering 164 km, may commence. The South Eastern Railway Zone has also completed a survey for a 46 km third line on two routes between Kandera and Chindil, aiming to reduce delays between Tatanagar and Bilaspur in the next 3-4 years.

Bandomunda tak panchvi line bichne se Chakradharpur division mein maalgadiyon se khooni ke dhulai ki kshamata aur revenue badhega, aur Howrah-Mumbai route par passenger trains ka chalane ka kaam bhi normal hoga. Abhi Durg-Mumbai route mein zyadatar trains 3 se 7 ghanta late chalti hain. Passenger arop lagatae hain ki maalgadiyon ki wajah se Chakradharpur division mein trains ko roka jata hai. Isse Tatanagar station par hangaama aur pustaka mein shikayat bhi darj hui hai. Adityapur mein South Eastern Railway Zone ne Rajkharsawa station tak chauthi line bichane ka survey kara hai. Chakradharpur division mein Jharsuguda station ki taraf chauthi line ka kaam shuru hai. RVNL abhi Salgajhuri se Tatanagar hokar Adityapur station tak third line bichha raha hai. August mein kaam khatam hone ke baad Chakradharpur division mein Tatanagar se Rourkela tak 164 km tak chauthi line ka kaam shuru ho sakta hai. Isse Tatanagar aur Bilaspur ke beech three-four saal mein trains ki letlatifi dur hone ki umeed hai, kyuki South Eastern Railway Zone Kandera aur Chindil se Chandil tak 46 km third line ka survey kar chuka hai.
