If Konkan Railway combines with Indian Railways, a Mangalore division can be made by joining Vasco, Londa, Swantwadi, Jokkatte, and the Mangalore to Hassan lines. Then, Trivandrum and Palakkad can merge to form the ERM division covering all of Kerala lines. Pollachi, Nagercoil, and Trivandrum can merge with the Madurai division. Shornur to Kollam can be put under the ERM division. It's gonna be hard to get everyone to agree. A simple fix could be to combine Mangalore's Karnataka parts with the Mysore division.
