The lack of a direct train connection poses considerable inconvenience for these passengers. Joshi urged Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma to request the Railway Minister to extend the route of train number 12825, Jharkhand Sampark Kranti, to Jaipur and introduce a weekly train service from Ranchi to Ajmer/Jaipur. He mentioned that the Ranchi-Ajmer Garib Nawaz Express, which operated before the COVID-19 pandemic, has been discontinued. The Chamber of Commerce and various social and religious organizations, along with several MPs from Jharkhand and Rajasthan, have also written to the Railway Minister regarding this matter.
