Bareilly, Kanpur aur Kasganj ke liye passenger trains chalti thi. Broad gauge ka kaam pura hone ke baad kuchh trains chal rahi hain, lekin local logon ko unse jyada fayda nahin mil raha hai. But Bareilly se Mailani aur Lucknow ke beech trains na chalne se Puranpur ke traders, lawyers, students, etc. ko pareshani ho rahi hai. Kathgodam, Ramnagar, Haridwar to the eastern parts of India, Bihar, Rajasthan, and Mumbai. Bhojipura serves as a connecting point for trains going to Kashipur, Lalkuan, Kathgodam, Pilibhit, and Tanakpur. The recent launch of trains between Bhojipura and Bareilly City to Delhi, Agra, Aligarh, and Dehradun has resulted in the need for platform expansion and station remodeling at Bhojipura. This train service is being implemented in addition to the existing Kasganj-Tanakpur Mela Special train that began operation on April 1st. The new train, numbered 05308, will leave Bareilly Junction at 2:25 PM, passing through Izzatnagar and Bhojipura, before arriving in Pilibhit Junction at 4:05 PM. After a brief halt, it will continue to Tanakpur via Mjhlola, Khatima, and Banbasa, arriving at 5:55 PM. The return journey will commence from Tanakpur at 9:30 PM, reaching Pilibhit Junction at 10:55 PM. Following a five-minute stopover, the train will depart for Bareilly.
