The passenger trains that resumed services on Friday include 05392 Tanakpur-Pilibhit, 05394/93 Tanakpur-Pilibhit-Tanakpur, 05341/42, 05395 Pilibhit-Shahjanpur, 05381/82 Pilibhit-Shahjanpur-Pilibhit, and 05418/17 Pilibhit-Shahjanpur-Pilibhit. Additional services including 05396 Shahjanpur-Pilibhit and 05391 Pilibhit-Tanakpur will resume on Saturday. Additionally, 15019/20 Dehradun-Tanakpur-Dehradun and 12035/36 Delhi-Tanakpur-Delhi express trains will operate till Bhojipura instead of Bareilly, starting Saturday. The return journey of these express trains will also begin from Bhojipura instead of Bareilly City.

Saturday se 05396 Shahjanpur-Pilibhit aur 05391 Pilibhit-Tanakpur passenger ka chalna bhi shuru ho jaayega. route. Previously, trains like Rohilkhand Express, Gokul Express, Izatnagar-Ashbag Express, and Marudhar Express, along with several passenger trains, operated on this route. The route was closed for several years due to gauge conversion and electrification, leading to limited connectivity. The Indian Railways has sent a proposal to operate regular trains on the Pilibhit-Mailani section. However, there is no current proposal for trains running from Bareilly to Pilibhit and Mailani. Senior DCM, Izatnagar, Sanjeev Sharma, confirmed that only one train is operating on the Izatnagar-Pilibhit-Mailani route and that a proposal for regular trains is awaiting approval.
