The rumor originated from a Twitter account named Sunil, who claimed a fire had broken out in the S-5 sleeper and AC coaches. This shortage is attributed to the lack of sand mining auctions across the state and a ban on sand mining from rivers by the National Green Tribunal (NGT). The delay has created hazardous conditions for passengers at the stations, with broken paths and exposed rods posing safety risks. The contractor blames the sand shortage for the delays, but the NGT ban makes it unclear when sand will be available. Is delay se stations pe passengers ke liye khatarnaak halat ban gayi hai, jisme toote raste aur bahar nikli rods se safety risks hain. Contractor sand ki kami ko blame kar raha hai, lekin NGT ka ban se pata nahin chal raha hai ki kab sand mil payega. Kaam June tak complete hone wala tha, lekin yeh issues ke wajah se next 6 mahine me bhi kaam khatam hona mushkil hai.
