This conflict stems from a disagreement over operating the train between two railway divisions and has reached the Railway Board, with no resolution yet. The disagreement began when the new Vande Bharat Express commenced operation on September 2nd, and a fight broke out between railway staff from Kota and Agra divisions over driving the train on Friday. This escalated to the point of tearing each other's clothes and damaging the train itself. The Udaipur-bound Vande Bharat train originates from the Ajmer division of North-Western Railway and traverses the Kota division of West Central Railway before reaching the Agra division of North Central Railway. On September 2nd, when the train reached Gangapur from Kota, the Agra division driver wanted to take the train to Agra, but Gangapur City drivers refused, leading to the altercation. This dispute is linked to the potential for promotions and new recruitments associated with new trains, often causing conflicts when trains traverse multiple railway divisions.

Yeh jhagda do railway mandalon ke beech train chalane ka issue hai, aur yeh issue ab railway board tak pahunch gaya hai, par abhi tak koi solution nahin nikla hai. Yeh jhagda 2 September ko, jab yeh train shuru hui thi, tab se chala aa raha hai. Shukravaar ko, Kota aur Agra mandalon ke railway staff ke beech train chalane ko lekar maar-pit ho gayi. In logo ne ek doosre ke kapde faad diye aur train ko bhi nuksaan pahunchaya. Udaipur se chalu hone wali Vande Bharat train, North-Western Railway ke Ajmer mandalon se shuru hoti hai. Fir yeh West Central Railway ke Kota mandalon se ho kar guzarti hai aur North Central Railway ke Agra mandalon tak jaati hai. 2 September ko jab yeh train Kota se Gangapur pahuchi, to Agra mandalon ke driver yeh train Agra le jaana chahte the, lekin Gangapur City ke drivers ne yeh train le jaane se mana kar diya. Iske baad dono mandalon ke staff ke beech jhagda ho gaya. Yeh jhagda isliye bhi ho raha hai kyunki jab koi nayi train shuru hoti hai, toh usme working milne ke saath-saath, promotion aur new recruitments ke liye bhi raaste khulte hain. Isliye jab koi train do ya do se zyada mandalon se ho kar guzarti hai, toh isme working ko lekar jhagde hone ki sambhavna badh jaati hai.
