Chandur Bazar railway station (CNDB) is a small railway station located on the State Highway 239 in Chandur Bazar town, Amravati district of Maharashtra. No. 04661 H.S. Nanded – Firozpur special train will depart H.S. Nanded at 09.00 hrs on 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th October, 2nd, 9th, 16th November, 2019 and arrive Firozpur at 22.50 hrs on the next day.
In the opposite direction, Train No. 04662 Firozpur – H.S. Nanded special train will depart Firozpur at 01.30 hrs on 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st October, 7th & 14th November, 2019 and arrive H.S. Nanded at 13.00 hrs on the next day.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Purna, Basmet, Hingoli, Washim, Akola, Badnera, New Amravati, Chandur Bazar, Narkher, Amla, Itarsi, Bhopal, Bina, Jhansi, Agra Cant, Palwal, Delhi Safdar Jang, Rohtak, Jind, Jakhal, Mansa, Bhatinda, Kot Kapura and Faridkot stations in both directions.
These special trains will consist of AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.

For Betul-Chandur Bazar-Amravati new line survey (75 km), alignment has been fixed. Traffic survey has been completed. Field survey has been completed. Traffic Chapter has been submitted to CTPM’s approval. Survey will be targeted for completion by October, 2018.

This line was started in 2013. After 7 months of this video, freight trains are running with electric loco on Badnera- New Amravati - Walgaon - MIDC section....

Official date of electrification of this section is 11 december 2013. Nandgaon MIDC is located in eastern part of Amravati city. Now this 5 star Amravati industrial area are connected with Railway line as well as Amravati - Nagpur Expressway (National Highway No 6). Terminating station of this branch line is Ratan Tata Thermal power Plant, located in east Amravati.
In this freight terminating yard total 12 Goods train can be park at a time. In this 23km section one passing station is located at 12km from Walgaon station. Vitthalapur station has 2 loop line and 1 mainline for crossing and overtakes of freight.
Two Byepass chord line is present for avoiding reversal at Walgaon station. Freight coming from Badnera side can directly take this route without touching Walgaon station. Similarly freight coming from Narkher side can also take this route from another byepass line without touching Walgaon station.
