Vashi/Belapur/Panvel, and CSMT Mumbai and Bandra/Goregaon, will be suspended from 11:10 AM to 4:10 PM. Special services will operate between CSMT Mumbai-Kurla & Panvel-Vashi during the block. Harbour line passengers are advised to use Thane-Vashi/Nerul stations from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Western Railway will also have a jumbo block for five hours from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the Harbour Lines between Mahim and Goregaon, impacting both Central and Western Railway train services. On Central Railway, fast services departing CSMT will be diverted to the slow line between Matunga and Mulund and will be diverted to the fast down line beyond Thane. Similarly, fast services departing Thane will be diverted to the slow line between Mulund and Matunga and will resume the fast line afterwards. These services are expected to be delayed by 15 minutes. On the Harbor Line, services between Vashi, Belapur, and Panvel to CSMT in Mumbai and vice-versa will be canceled. Special local services will operate between CSMT, Kurla, Panvel, and Vashi to accommodate passengers. Additionally, Harbor Line commuters can use the Transharbour Line from 10 am to 6 pm.
