15708 Amritsar- Katihar Jn. Amrapali Express running late by over 4 hours crosses the overflooded Elgin Bridge(Ghaghara Ghat Bridge) behind Ghaziabad WAP-1 22039. The train cautiously obeys the TSR of 30 kmph because of floods in the mighty Ghaghra River and the old structure of the bridge.
