Nagercoil - Gandhidham Express is again assigned for LHB conversion.

It was re-converted into ICF coaches from LHB (2-3 years ago), now glad to note that it is being considered for LHB again.

Palakkad Division. This decision has sparked concern in Kerala about its economic implications. Minister V Abdurahiman, responsible for Railways in Kerala, has expressed his lack of official notification regarding the division. The meeting will be held at 10:45 am in the Mangaluru Zilla Parishad hall, with participation from MPs, MLAs, and Zilla Parishad representatives from Mangaluru and surrounding areas. Railway officials from Southern, South-Western, and Konkan Railways will also attend. Before the meeting, Minister V Somanna will visit Mangaluru Central and Mangaluru Junction stations, and after the meeting, he will address the media. Minister V Abdurahiman has voiced concerns about potential revenue losses for the Palakkad Division, especially from Panambur port, due to the proposed division. He criticized the Central Government's lack of communication with the state and mentioned possible protests along with plans to approach the Central Railway Minister regarding the issue.

Kerala mein Railways ka zimmedar Minister V Abdurahiman ne kaha hai ki unhe is division ke baare mein koi official notification nahin mila hai. Meeting Mangaluru Zilla Parishad hall mein 10:45 am pe hogi, aur issme Mangaluru aur nearby areas ke MPs, MLAs, aur Zilla Parishad representatives bhi part lenge. Meeting se pehle, Minister V Somanna Mangaluru Central aur Mangaluru Junction stations ka visit karenge, aur meeting ke baad woh media se baat karenge. Minister V Abdurahiman ne Palakkad Division ko divide karne se hone wale nuksan ke baare mein bhi apni chinta jahir ki hai, especially Panambur port se hone wali revenue ka loss. Unhone yeh bhi kaha ki is decision se Kerala ke development plans par bura effect padega aur unhone Central Government ko state se communicate nahin karne pe bhi criticism kiya.
