Railways should increase it's frequency from bi weekly to tri weekly by changing days of departure of this train because currently this train depart from Bhagat ki kothi on Monday and Thursday and after changing days this train will depart from Bhagat ki kothi on Monday Wednesday Friday and for fulfilling slot of Thursday railways should permanently regularize 04713/14 Bikaner Bandra Terminus special on Thursday and railways should also change timing of this train (20483/84) like this -
