1. Sylhet Goalpara MG Line via Mohanganj, Jharia Janjhar, Dewanganj Rowmari, Hatisinghmari, Hatogaon, Agia.
The Kulaura Jn. - Chhatak Bazar MG Railway Line was part of Sylhet-Goalpara MG Line. This line was dismantled between 1937-47 period to facilitate the Partition of Bengal & Separation of Assam from India. The British wanted to separate Assam from india just like they did with Burma in 1937. But Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi stood tall & Assam & Barak Region stayed with India.
