Finally 16312 KCVL BKN Express has began its regular service with LHB Coaches, just 5 hour 25 minutes behind schedule. True that passengers travelling by it today can feel excited about the new LHB rake; but being made to wait for over 5 hours for such a treat is just pathetic. Wish SR planned the transition to LHB rake better & arranged to bring it atleast 24 hours before scheduled departure. Or atleast ensured that the train departs @ its normal time, with or without LHB rake.

train bringing in the LHB rake, DRM/TVC tweeted that 16312 of 18.02.2017 is rescheduled to leave @ 1800h. So when did the real 'technical issue' crop up?
In last few weeks, so many trains all over the country got converted to LHB; wonder how many of them faced similar delayed starts due to 'technical problems'!
Honestly, you just give anything to SR/TVC; they'll mess it up & come up with such lousy reasoning!!
P S: SR/TVC is operating a weekly special train to GHY from KCVL. AFAIK, it hasn't left KCVL on the nominated day(Sunday 1200) for the past many trips & usually leaves on Monday @ 1200(minimum 24 hours late). Also, it is practically impossible to make up this delay, when the service is operated with a single, scrap rake.
Still week after week SR/TVC faithfully announces that KCVL - GHY Special is late & will leave only on Monday. Frankly, why can't you just revise the schedule of this Special train to Monday?!!
