Passengers going to use the toilet found the door locked from inside. After an hour and fifteen minutes, a passenger informed the RPF at Chunar. Upon reaching Chunar station at 7:40 am, the RPF and GRP broke into the toilet and found the passenger dead. His identity was confirmed through an Aadhar card found on him and his family was informed through his mobile phone. The RPF Inspector, Mohammad Salik, stated that a passenger had reported the locked toilet door. The body was removed and sent for post-mortem. The incident has been reported to the deceased's family.

more... ja rahe the. Renukut station se train mein baithne ke baad, Robertsganj se train chalne ke baad, Shankar Das apni seat se uthke darwaze ki taraf gaye, lekin vapas nahin aaye. Toilet ka istemaal karne jaane wale passengers ne dekha ki darwaza andar se band tha. Ek ghanta 15 minutes baad, ek passenger ne Chunar station par RPF ko bataya. Chunar station par subah 7:40 am par train rukne par, RPF aur GRP ne toilet ka darwaza todwa diya aur passenger ko marne wala paya. Uske paas se Aadhar card aur mobile phone mila. Aadhar card se uski pehchaan Shankar Das ke roop mein hui aur uske family ko uske mobile phone se bataya gaya. RPF Inspector Mohammad Salik ne bataya ki ek passenger ne toilet ka darwaza band hone ki baat batayi thi. Shav ko nikal ke post-mortem ke liye bhej diya gaya. Mritak ke parivar ko bataya gaya hai.
