The project requires approximately 200 acres of land, which will be acquired from Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya (JNKV), the Weed Research Institute, BSNL factory, and other government properties. The proposal has been prepared considering a 50-year plan and will be reviewed by the General Manager of the West Central Railway Zone before being sent to the Railway Board for further approval. The final decision regarding budget allocation and land acquisition will be made by the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) in consultation with the Ministries of Railways, Agriculture, and Communications.
