He was helped by Shailendra Kumar Mishra who provided oxygen from a cylinder and called a railway doctor. Santosh was referred to SKMCH after initial treatment. He reportedly had a mild heart attack. Due to the festive season and increased passenger volume, RPF Inspector Manish Kumar has formed a team to patrol platforms and assist passengers.
