The train will likely be managed by Samastipur Division's Train Managers till Jhajha, after which the train will be managed by Danapur Division's Train Managers. While this is the second train connecting Saharsa to Sealdah, it will be the first Vande Bharat train on this route. The current Saharsa-Sealdah train, Hatia Bazar Express, follows a different route. The new Vande Bharat will run at a speed of 110 km/h on the Saharsa-Mansi route. This new train will offer a new route for people to reach Sealdah, including devotees travelling to Deoghar. Bihar recently received four Vande Bharat trains, flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, including Tatanagar-Patna, Bhagalpur-Howrah, Gaya-Howrah, and Deoghar-Varanasi.
