Dusre issues mein passenger trains mein booking ke liye dohra policy, rotation practice, aur loco pilots aur train managers ko samne aane wali unsafe work conditions shamil thi. Ziauddin ne problems ka positive solution dene ka assurance diya aur UPS gazette notification release hone ke baad uske analysis karne ka vachan diya. Unhone 4-6 December ko hone wale union recognition ke liye aane wale secret ballot pe bhi charcha ki.
