Kazipet: చుక్‌ చుక్‌ బండి.. పట్టాల కింది నుంచీ వెళ్తుందండి..!

The South Central Railway (SCR) is constructing an underpass railway track (RUR) near Kazipet railway station to address traffic congestion issues in the city and on national highways. The RUR will run beneath the existing track, allowing trains to travel on two levels. The project is a unique solution to land...

acquisition challenges, as traditional flyovers and bypass roads often face difficulties in acquiring land in densely populated areas. The SCR is also constructing 11 Rail Over Rail (ROR) bridges, where trains travel on an upper track over a lower track, across the zone. Additionally, the SCR is building a 21.47 km long bypass line between Komatipalli and Warangal to further alleviate congestion and improve train movement efficiency. This bypass will cost ₹125 crore and will include 3 major and 31 smaller bridges. The underground section of the bypass is expected to be completed in 3-4 months, with the rest of the project taking longer to finish. This bypass will streamline train movement from Ballarshah towards Kazipet and Warangal, eliminating crossing issues and reducing travel times.

City aur national highway mein traffic ki problem ko solve karne ke liye flyover banaye jaate hain. Bypass road bhi banaye jaate hain. Rail ki aava-jahi mein delay ko rokne ke liye railway department bhi bypass line aur Rail Over Rail (ROR) bridge bana raha hai. Lekin, is process mein land...

acquisition ki problem aati hai. Kuchh jagah pe land nahi milta hai. Chaaron taraf basti aur building hoti hai. Is tarah ki problem wali jagah pe railway department Rail Under Rail (RUR) bridge bana raha hai. Matlab, ek rail neeche se jaayegi aur doosri upar se. Ground level pe jo track hai, uske neeche yani underground ek nayi rail line banayi jaa rahi hai. State mein Komatipalli-Kazipet section mein ban raha RUR zone mein pehla hai. Zone mein 11 jagah pe Rail Over Rail bridge hain, yani neeche se ek rail jaa rahi hai aur upar se doosri. Is tarah ke bridge Vijayawada ke paas do, Venkatachallam, Guduru, Akola ke paas ek-ek, Ammuguda, Lalaguda, Medchal ke paas do-do hain. Kazipet area desh ke sabse busy routes mein se ek hai. Delhi se aane wali rail line Waddepalli cheru ke paas aake 'Y' shape mein do part mein divide ho jati hai. Ek taraf se Kazipet track jaata hai, jo 5 km door hai. Dusri taraf Warangal station jaata hai, jo 10 km door hai. Khaas karke Warangal taraf goods trains jaane tak Delhi aur Ballarshah se Kazipet aur Secunderabad jaane wali express trains ko Waddepalli cheru area (Kazipet station outer) mein rok diya jaata hai. Isse journey mein delay hota hai. Is problem ko solve karne ke liye Ballarshah-Secunderabad, Vijayawada-Ballarshah, Secunderabad-Vijayawada... is tarah ke sabhi routes mein trains smoothly aava-jahi kar sake, isliye Komatipalli-Warangal ke beech bypass line banayi jaa rahi hai. Yahan ₹125 crore ki lagat se 21.47 km lamba underground track banaya jaa raha hai. Is kaam ki inspection zone ke GM Arun Kumar Jain ne recently ki.
