ghante tak raha, jisse trains late hui aur passengers ko inconvenience hua, khaas karke un logon ko jinke exams schedule the. Circuit failure ke alawa, Gonda aur Roorkee mein blockages bhi train delays ki wajah bane. Kai aur trains bhi late chali, aur kuchh passengers ne apna concern share kiya ki woh exam centres pe time pe pahunch payenge ya nahin. Railway authorities ne train delays ki wajah heavy traffic aur Moradabad mein track pe waterlogging batayi.
