June 27th, after a voter turnout of 84% on June 26th, with 11,500 railway employees participating. The WCREU attributed their victory to the dedication and transparent service provided by their union members and officers. The union celebrated the win with a victory rally led by Romesh Mishra, starting at the Union Prem office and ending at the station, passing through the DRM and General Manager offices and the coaching depot. B.N. Shukla, the union's division president, expressed gratitude to the railway employees and union members for their support and assured continued commitment to serving the society.
