ka hooter baja, kyunki us hooter ka electric connection disconnected tha. Iske alawa, accidental relief train ko incident ke 15 minutes mein start karna tha, par yeh 45 minutes late hui. Raaste mein yeh train 2 baar brake bind kar gai, jiski wajah se iski maintenance par bhi sawal uth rahe hain. In sabhi wajahon ki wajah se relief train time pe nahin pahunchi aur Muri-Chandil railway line pe train 2 ghanta se zyada rukhi rahi. Ranchi Division ke officers ke beech coordination aur time pe sahi faisla nahin lene ki wajah se yeh sab hua.
