Board. The current 21-coach Alleppey Express includes one First AC, four Second AC, six Third AC, five Sleeper, and two General coaches, along with a pantry car and SLR. Adding a coach would be problematic as many stations on the 79-stop route have short platforms unable to accommodate the train with an additional coach. The Alleppey Express, which used to consist of 14 coaches from Dhanbad and was linked with coaches from Tatanagar at Rourkela to form a 22-coach train, was later converted to LHB coaches. While the train initially had 12 sleeper coaches, the number was reduced to five. The Alleppey Express, despite its 2535 km journey and 75 stops, is not classified as a superfast train. The train is known to be often full due to high demand for seats to CMC Vellore, particularly those booked at the last minute, and the limited 5-minute stop at the destination results in inconvenience for patients.

Abhi 21 bogi wali Alleppey Express mein ek First AC, chaar Second AC, chhe Third AC, paanch Sleeper, aur do General bogiyan hain, saath mein pantry car aur SLR bhi hai. Bogi badhaane se problem ye aayegi ki 79 station waale route mein se bahut saare station ke platform chhote hain, aur un par ek bogi add karne ke baad train nahi ruk payegi. Alleppey Express pehle Dhanbad se 14 bogiyan chalta tha, jiska link Tatanagar se aane wali bogiyon se Rourkela mein jod diya jata tha aur 22 bogiyon wali train ban jata tha. Baad mein LHB bogiyan add ki gayi aur train mein 12 sleeper bogiyan thi, lekin ab five reh gayi hain. 2535 km ka journey aur 75 stop hone ke baad bhi, Alleppey Express ko superfast train ka status nahi mila. Train bahut zyada bhari rehti hai, especially CMC Vellore jaane waale passengers ke liye, aur last minute booking bahut zyada hoti hai. Destination pe 5 minute ka stop bhi bahut kam hai, aur patients ko bahut problem hota hai.
