gharon ko nuksan hone ka dar hai. Unko apni land acquire karne ka bhi virodh hai, unka kehna hai ki unko adequate compensation nahi diya ja raha hai. Goa ke cultural heritage pe impact ko lekar bhi chinta hai, isme heritage structures, temples, aur archaeological sites bhi shamil hain. Opposition me environmental aur social impact assessment ki kami bhi hai, locals ka kehna hai ki unko authorities se fair hearing nahi diya gaya hai. Khass karke, double-tracking ke liye land ke liye assigned survey numbers na hone ka issue hai, jisse land ownership rightful landowners se chhin liya ja sakta hai.
