The agency, New Tax Jet, had a four-year contract with the Indian Railways and was responsible for cleaning the coaching yard at Bhagalpur Junction. The protest lasted for about two hours before railway officials calmed the situation. The family demanded that the agency provide compensation and a pension to the deceased's family. The police and railway officials were present at the scene, and the employees stopped working after the incident.

officials ne Bharatkesh ko incident ke baad hospital nahi le gaye. Ye incident tab hua jab Bharatkesh Indian Railways se contract liye hue private agency ke liye cleaner ka kaam kar raha tha. Agency, New Tax Jet, ka Indian Railways ke saath four year ka contract tha aur wo Bhagalpur Junction ke coaching yard ki safai ka zimmedar tha. Protest almost two hours tak chala, tab tak railway officials ne sabko shaant kar diya. Family ne demand ki ki agency compensation aur pension de deceased ke family ko. Police aur railway officials maujood the scene par, aur employees ne kaam karna band kar diya incident ke baad.
