Jharkhand aur West Bengal ke yaatri yahan trains pe chadhte aur utarte hain. Halt ke west direction mein ticket counter ke paas boring hai. Ticket counter mein peeyajal ki suvidha hai, aur shauchalaya bhi hai. Par platformon pe koi bhi peeyajal aur shauchalaya ki vyavastha nahi hai. Train khari hone ke baad paani ke liye yaatriyon ko ticket counter ke paas bhaag ke jaana padta hai. Kahi baar to paani ke chakkar mein train bhi chhut jati hai. Aisa kai baar ho chuka hai. Passenger train mein travel karne wale yaatriyon ke liye ticket counter ke paas jaake paani lena possible nahi ho pata hai. Chhote-chhote passenger shed bane hue hain, jinmein garmi aur barsaat mein baithna mushkil ho jata hai. Station Demand Committee ke secretary Rajendra Soren ne kaha ki is halt ke platformon pe peeyajal aur shauchalaya ki suvidha nahi hai. Garmi ke maddenazar platform pe peeyajal ki vyavastha zaruri hai. Unhone kaha ki suvidhaon ke liye rail administration ko kai baar letter likha gaya hai, par koi action nahi liya gaya hai.
