South Eastern Railway officials arrived to manage the situation and informed passengers about the train's departure time, calming them down. South Eastern Railway stated the delay was caused by a delay in rake placement. The Janshatabdi Express finally departed from platform number 20 at Howrah station around 10:00 AM.

Is situation ko sambhalne ke liye South Eastern Railway ke adhikari wahan pahuche, aur unhone passengers ko train ke chalne ka time bataya, jisse unki gussa kam hua. South Eastern Railway ne bataaya ki rake place karne me der hone ki wajah se yeh dikkat aayi. Aakhirkar, subah 10:00 AM pe Janshatabdi Express Howrah station ke platform number 20 se apne destination ki taraf chala gaya.
