The committee argues that operating the proposed trains from Bilaspur would provide an alternative train service to Jabalpur for Bilaspur residents and increase convenience for travelers. They also propose a Vande Bharat or Intercity train on the Ambikapur-Bilaspur-Raipur route to address the lack of daytime train service between these cities.

Woh Ambikapur-Bilaspur-Raipur route pe ek Vande Bharat ya Intercity train ka proposal bhi de rahe hain, taaki in cities ke beech daytime train service ki kami door ho.
