The government has also allocated Rs. 1838 crore for railway expansion in Himachal Pradesh for the fiscal year 2023-24, which includes funding for the strategic Bhanupalli-Bilaspur-Beri railway line, the Chandigarh-Baddi railway line, and the Nangal-Talwara railway line. In addition to these developments, the government has approved the construction of a 500-meter long double-lane bridge at Loharali Khad in the Gagret constituency of Una district, the inauguration of the Daulatpur Chowk railway station, electrification of the railway line to Amb railway station, expansion of the foot-over bridge at Amb railway station, and the construction of a second platform and foot-over bridge at Una railway station. The government has also approved the introduction of new trains and extended the stoppage of key trains in Himachal Pradesh. This includes the Churaroo Takrala Ambala Cantt-Daulatpur Chowk Passenger Special Train, the Rai Mehtabpur Saharanpur-Una Himachal Passenger Express train.

Haridwar tak route extend karne ki request karne ke baad liya gaya. Government ne Himachal Pradesh mein rail expansion ke liye fiscal year 2023-24 ke liye Rs. 1838 crore allocate kiye hai, jismein strategic Bhanupalli-Bilaspur-Beri railway line, Chandigarh-Baddi railway line aur Nangal-Talwara railway line ke liye funding bhi shamil hai. Iske alawa, government ne Una district ke Gagret constituency mein Loharali Khad par 500-meter lamba double-lane bridge banane ki approval de di hai, Daulatpur Chowk railway station ka inauguration kiya hai, Amb railway station tak railway line ka electrification, Amb railway station par foot-over bridge ka expansion aur Una railway station par dusra platform aur foot-over bridge banane ki approval di hai. Government ne nayi trains introduce karne aur Himachal Pradesh mein key trains ke stoppage ko extend karne ki bhi approval di hai.
