Bela Devi Junction ke paas red signal ignore kiya, jaise ki 81 number ka gate bhi open tha, aur ek bada rail accident ho sakta tha. Paanch mahine se zyada chalne wali investigation ke baad, driver ko negligent paaya gaya aur passengers ki jaan khatre mein dalne ke liye dismiss kar diya gaya.
