नही बदली ट्रेनों की चाल

This year still we are waiting for true fog but railway time table totally failed. What i observed & studied that train delayed reason is not only fog but new instruction given by Railway seniors in NR & NCR.
During studied it is also revealed that this is the worst year after 1857 for Northern region punctuality. Train delayed average 10 Hrs . Prabhu ji totally failed in respect to punctuality. All Senior official should be transferred to SR and SR region official should be transferred to NR . NR operational efficiency always poor not only due to heavy traffic but also mismanagement. We can feel the change.
