Tracks can handle more traffic but Chennai egmore is saturated . It can't take more trains
New TRAINS may be operated from TAMBARAM/CHENGALPAT/PUDUCHERRY to the southern and coastal districts.Otherwise extend the north bound trains to MADURAI / TRICHY
What happened to the Chengalpattu - Karunguzhi doubling . It's final speed trial was supposed to be over by now .
