The CPM traveled by motor trolley along the new line, emphasizing the completion of all work by February. The 9.6 km first phase from Sonwal to City Station has already undergone CRS and other tests. The new route will be operational after CRS clearance and the project's inauguration is tentatively scheduled for March by the Prime Minister.

CPM motor trolley pe Ghat se Sonwal tak nayi line ka different jagah pe inspection kiya. Unhone kaha ki February tak saare remaining work complete karne chaiye. Pehle phase mein Sonwal se City Station tak 9.6 km lambi line CRS aur other tests already complete ho gayi hai. CRS clearance ke baad ye new route operational ho jaayega. Project ka inauguration March mein PM karenge. Ab tak date fix nahi hai.
